How do I send my collar? / Timeline

How do I get my collar to you?

After placing your order, a prepaid satchel will be sent to your address to put your collar into. Simply drop it off at a post office or red box and let me take care of the rest!

Timeline

Below are the approximate turnaround times after sending off your pets collar. This includes shipping to me, making your design and shipping back to you:

With standard post: 6-15 days

With express post: 4-9 days
Sizing

16cm length + 4cm extension chain. Approximately 3mm wide.

14K Gold Filled

To assemble your pets collar as a bracelet, 14k gold-filled with a high-polish finish is used. Gold-filled uses real gold covering a base metal to give you the same look as gold at a more affordable price.

Not to be confused with the commonly used gold plating that uses a very thin layer that tarnishes easy (0.03-0.05% of total weight), gold-filled is made to last decades with a thick layer of gold (5% of total weight).

This gold-filled is made in the USA and Italy complementing your pets collar beautifully - creating one uniform special piece.

Warranty & Support

Every bracelet is made with the intention of lasting a lifetime. However, due to each piece being made out of its own unique material, it’s hard to guarantee a specific lifespan - each piece will wear differently over time.

Your bracelet is covered by a 12-month warranty for any defects in the making process along with lifetime repair support afterwards at a reasonable cost.

With proper care there is no reason your piece wont last for years to come!
