How do I get my collar to you?

After placing your order, a prepaid satchel will be sent to your address to put your collar into. Simply drop it off at a post office or red box and let me take care of the rest!

With standard post: 6-15 days

With express post: 4-9 days

To assemble your pets collar as a bracelet, 925 sterling silver with a high-polish finish is used. Made in the USA and Italy, this silver is made to last decades while complementing your pets collar beautifully - creating one uniform special piece.

Warranty & Support

Every bracelet is made with the intention of lasting a lifetime. However, due to each piece being made out of its own unique material, it’s hard to guarantee a specific lifespan - each piece will wear differently over time.

Your bracelet is covered by a 12-month warranty for any defects in the making process along with lifetime repair support afterwards at a reasonable cost.
